CRAWFISH

Crawfish is a crop that is grown in ponds. We farm around 1,000 acres of crawfish, supplying them to wholesalers, including our boiling branches, as well as retailers.

THE BOILING BRANCH

NEW ROADS LOCATION.jpg

We have a New Roads location ( 1836 Hospital Rd) & a Livonia location (8337 Airline Hwy). Both locations serve our farm raised crawfish. Both locations are currently closed for crawfish season. The Boiling Branches are extensions of our farm.

RICE

We farm about 1,000 acres of rice that go hand in hand with our crawfish crop. Once crawfish season is over in May/June we plant rice to be harvested in August/September.

SOYBEANS

We farm about 1,500 acres of Soybeans. We plant them in May to be harvested in October once they are mature. Each plant can produce 50-100 bushels of soybeans.

CATTLE

We run a cow/calf operation that is close to 500 head total. Our herd mainly consist of Brangus cows with Angus and Charolais bulls. We have a fall calving crop because of the summer heat in Louisiana.
